The billet moves to the right at a speed of Ve, completing the hair removal action; When the billet reaches the grating LB2, the blade and plunger crossbeam descend simultaneously, and the billet transfer stops. At the same time, the plunger crossbeam flips 90 ° to complete the cleaning procedure. Then the billet moves to the left at a conveying speed Vt and enters the program of removing burrs at the tail of the billet. The process of removing burrs at the tail is the same as above.
