■ Equipment Introduction

The equipment is developed for Deburring and polishing the inner and outer surfaces of various gear, short shaft, disc and other parts. These types of parts often have multiple burrs, and conventional deburring methods are not easy to remove burrs, which is the difficulty of deburring. This machine adopts a flow wet abrasive high-speed motion to selectively remove burrs on the surface of parts, and uses a new flow rate polishing and pulse technology to achieve efficient and universal deburring and polishing of surfaces. In order to improve efficiency, the deburring power head can work at up to 10 stations simultaneously, and the parameters of each station are independently controlled to meet the online deburring and polishing needs of efficient production modes such as precision punching. Users can choose between manual loading and unloading or automatic loading and unloading by robots according to their own needs.
