■ Equipment Introduction

The equipment is designed to remove single-sided or double-sided burrs from parts with sharp edges formed after precision punching, milling, or grinding. It adopts a multi process multi head wet Deburring integrated design, and during operation, the multi head is independently controlled and works simultaneously. The power head adopts a sand belt or multi disc brush design to serve the lifting control. It can uniformly and effectively remove burrs on multiple parts of the plane and form uniform rounded corners. It is self compensating and can achieve unmanned operation, especially suitable for single-sided or double-sided deburring needs of large parts.


■ Equipment features

● The equipment base and power head bracket have been changed from welding and assembly to integral cast iron parts, which fundamentally improves the stability, rigidity, accuracy, and other aspects of the equipment, avoiding deformation caused by long-term use. Welding equipment and casting equipment are completely different levels, and the rigidity of the equipment is an important factor in saving consumables.

● The casing of the four gear box has been changed from cast iron to cast aluminum, improving issues such as heat dissipation, noise, and vibration.

● The gearbox is designed with a one out four configuration, with four brushes in two forward and two reverse directions, as shown in the picture above. Traditional gearboxes in China use a one out three one side rotation, while imported equipment uses a one out four one side rotation; The reverse function can save 30% of brush consumables; It can effectively ensure the rounded corners and flat roughness of the brushed workpiece. For some special parts, such as clutch friction plates, the roughness of these parts is not necessarily better. The surface roughness of the parts is controlled within a certain range, and only gearboxes with reverse rotation function can meet this requirement.

● Lifting mechanism: The sand belt and gearbox are driven by an upper silver screw and Mitsubishi servo cylinder for lifting. The lifting progress is controlled within 0.01mm to avoid excessive brush wear or burrs on parts caused by uneven adjustment of the brush due to insufficient accuracy.

● Equipment cooling water recycling: The original equipment's water tray was flat, while the new equipment's water tray is designed with a slope to facilitate cooling water recycling and internal garbage cleaning.

● Separation of dry and wet areas of equipment: Generally, a motion brush is used for isolation, while the accordion cover we use is completely isolated. At the same time, we have added an upper air blowing and lower air extraction function, which means that the water mist, oil mist, etc. generated in the wet processing area below are extracted by an electronic atomizer (which does not incur consumable costs) to avoid the spread and turbulence of mist. The upper air blowing is used to blow dry and cool air upwards to ensure cooling and ventilation in the dry area above, while forming negative pressure with the wet 

● area to ensure that mist does not spread to the dry area.

● Equipment appearance: The original square angular shape has been changed to a circular arc shape, making the equipment appearance more beautiful and the structure more reasonable.

● The device comes with a built-in cleaning function to ensure its cleanliness.

● Equipment brush wear compensation function: Wear compensation is automatic compensation, and the equipment brush will automatically feed compensation. The automatic compensation function is a necessary condition for achieving connection and docking.

● Belt width: The width of the conveyor belt is 400mm, which can effectively improve the range and efficiency of the parts processed by the equipment. Small parts can be placed in multiple rows for simultaneous processing.

● The device comes with demagnetization function: After demagnetization, the residual magnetization is guaranteed to be controlled within 3GS, and the demagnetizer power is less than 1KW. It is a demagnetizer independently developed by our company. It is a low-voltage demagnetizer with low power, low heat generation, and obvious energy-saving effect. Traditional demagnetizers on the market are high-power and high-voltage demagnetizers with high power and heat generation.


■ Advantages

● The conveyor belt can be up to 9 millimeters thick and can be grooved according to the groove, with reasonable and reliable driving, long service life, and extremely easy replacement.

● The demagnetization equipment has low efficiency, good demagnetization effect, and residual magnetism below 2 Gauss.

● Multiple mature flipping mechanisms are matched with this machine to achieve double-sided deburring.
