Can I tell you how to operate the deburring equipment correctly?
Flammable and explosive materials should not be placed near the cutting machine to avoid discharge spark accidents caused by sudden supply shortage of working fluid. Operators should be familiar with the machining process of deburring equipment, select machining parameters correctly, operate in the prescribed sequence, and avoid faults such as wire breakage.
The operator should be familiar with the operation technology of the deburring machine. Before starting the machine, according to the lubrication requirements of the equipment, the relevant parts of the machine tool should be lubricated with oil (the lubricating oil should meet the requirements of the machine tool manual).
Before the formal processing of the workpiece, it should be confirmed that the workpiece position has been correctly installed to prevent collision between the screw frame and transmission components such as the screw rod and nut due to overtravel impact. For workbenches that do not exceed the limit, measures should be taken to prevent accidents of over travel falling.
Greatly eliminate residual stress and prevent the workpiece from bursting and injuring people during cutting. Install a protective cover before processing.

When stopping work, the high-frequency pulse power supply should be stopped first, and the electrode wire should be allowed to run for a period of time. After the wire storage drum is reversed, the work should be stopped. After completing the homework, turn off the main power, clean the table and fixtures, and lubricate the machine tool. During the operation, after using the hand crank to operate the joystick, the joystick should be pulled out in a timely manner to prevent injury caused by swinging the joystick during rotation. When unloading electrode wires, be careful to prevent welding rods. When replacing, it should be placed in a designated container to avoid mixing with the circuit and wiring system, which may cause electrical short circuits, contact, wire breakage and other accidents. Avoid wire breakage and collision with transmission components caused by the inertia of the screw tube. When stopping the machine, the "stop" button should be pressed as soon as the wire storage drum has just been switched back.
Regularly check whether the protective grounding of the machine is reliable, pay attention to whether there is any leakage in various parts, and try to use electric shock switches. After closing the power supply, do not use handheld conductors to touch the two output terminals of the power supply (bed and workpiece) to avoid electric shock. Do not press switches or contacts with wet hands. To prevent conductive substances such as working fluid from entering electrical components, in case of electrical short circuit and fire, the power should be cut off first, and appropriate fire extinguishers such as carbon tetrachloride should be used to extinguish the fire immediately. Water should not be used to extinguish the fire. When repairing equipment such as machine tools, machine electrical appliances, pulse power supplies, and control systems, it is important to cut off the power appropriately to prevent electrical shock damage to circuit components.
